Caution; Watch for pedestrians; McDonalds

This sign is posted at the drive-thru of a McDonalds in New York. Aside from the fact that pedestrians aren't supposed to be at the drive-thru in the first place, this sign's text and icons were clearly a custom job for McDonalds. I doubt this would actually change any liability situation for McDonalds if someone was to get struck by a vehicle, because it's undersized (probably 8" w x 16" h), and is not reflectorized at all. To me though, the best part of this is the graphics. The girl figure generally appears in the "School Crossing" signs, however she usually appears with a taller looking girl (presumably her mother), whereas here the "little girl" is holding the normal sized pedestrian symbol by the hand, as if he was smaller here. The artist also drew in feet on the "male" pedestrian, which usually is not the case. Finally, what if road signs were all sponsored like this? Could you imagine a Google Stop sign?
