Notice: Double parking prohibited at all times

The use of orange here is non-standard, as is the text of the whole sign. "Notice" signs should have the phrase "Notice" appear with a blue background with white text, not an orange background with black text like a construction sign. Additionally, it goes without saying that double parking is illegal (parking in a travel lane).
