Warning; Work area speed limit ahead; Fines double in work area

If you break up the text of this sign it could easily be interpreted to have the meaning "speed limit ahead" stand out. Of course, such a message would be silly since speed limits are everywhere. Interesting, this photo was taken in West Virginia, where people on the highways drive 80-90 miles per hour routinely.
