Roadway floods

Reminds me of the famous "water on road when wet" sign. This sign is unwarranted, and if the roadway does flood so severely as to impede traffic, the appropriate action is to have police or the DOT close the road. Also, this sign does not appear on a thru street, making it even more unwarranted as residents would likely know the hazards of their own street.
